There are many ways for you to make an impact on affordable housing in North Carolina -- some with a click of a mouse. Here are a few to consider:

Make an Online Contribution
Use your credit card to make a quick online contribution. It's a convenient way to support affordable housing, while strengthening the industry and building your future marketplace.

Honor Someone Special
Make a contribution in the honor or memory of someone who has made a difference in your life.  It's a great way to recognize family members, business associates, new clients, mentors and others who care about the quality of life in North Carolina. Mail your check payable to Homes4NC and send to the address below.  Be sure to include a note regarding who is to be honored or remembered and an address where we can send a gift card noting your donation.

Show Clients You Care By Making a Closing Contribution
Set yourself apart from the competition and show clients that you really care about your community by making a contribution to Homes4NC in their name. Enroll today and receive customized, high-quality certificates to use in your listing presentations and to present to your clients at the closing table.

Become a Homes4NC Sponsor
If your firm or organization is interested in increasing housing opportunities, while developing profitable relationships with REALTORS® and key housing advocates, you'll want to explore becoming a Homes4NC sponsor.

Host a Fundraising Event
Get together with others from your local association, firm or organization and host a fundraising event to benefit Homes4NC. Build a Dream House, host a golf tournament and have fun while raising funds for a great cause.

Build a Dream House
Become part of a community-wide effort that brings together builders, REALTORS^®, financial institutions, suppliers and others to build a home at the lowest possible cost, sell it at market rates and donate the proceeds to Homes4NC.

Participate in the Interest on Real Estate Trust Account (IORETA) Program
Contribute the interest on your real estate trust account to Homes4NC. The N.C. Real Estate Commission has approved this program, forms have been created to inform your clients of your participation and a simple procedure has been outlined to help your financial institution setup the program.

Volunteer to Help a Committee
Do you have an interest or expertise in putting on special events?  Perhaps you'd like to help educate others about housing affordability issues?  When you offer to serve on a Homes4NC committee, you are helping your community and your industry, while expanding your network with like-minded professionals.
